Eye Care Locale now part of MyEyeDr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gridley for 10+ years now and have been satisfied with every visit. The wait is no longer than any other doctor office. The staff at Eye Care Locale are all personable and accommodating. I have ordered both glasses and contacts from this office and both were an easy process.

Staff are unprofessional and rude. Although my initial appointment was tolerable, I have called several times to check on the status of my glasses, which should have been ready weeks ago. Rather than answer my questions, the staff have repeatedly hung up on me, often with curt responses. I finally speak with the proprietor, Jonathan King, and after I informed him that I wanted to cancel my order, he tried everything he could to humiliate me for having cancer and utilizing medicaid insurance (I lost my job when I got sick, and my insurance with it). I will never use this practice again and I would encourage anyone who values their dignity to avoid them as well.

Great office, large fashionable selections frames for whole family, and its affordable. The staff are helpful and I just love dr. Gridley. The receptionists needs to be the first smiling face you encounter in the office and a course in communication. Maybe it's her vibes but either way her disposition needs to be addressed and changes for her shift and I'd give it a 5 star rating

I took my wife and daughter here so they both could get glasses. The selection was small and the receptionist was very rude.. when we went to pick up my daughter's classes they kind of rushed to Sal there and weeks notice they were broken before we even got home there was a crack in them. We called and the receptionist accused of fun applying and accused us of everything and then she finally said that they would replace them. So we went to pick up the new the next pair and and when were they before we even got them home they were broken to places my daughter is 17 she has warned classes her whole life she did not break the glasses there were junk and once again the receptionist accused us of sitting on them and refused to replace them when my wife picked up her glasses one of the lenses was not correct it had a big bulge in it they didn't want to replace them either the service was bad they were rude the selection is small there's nowhere to park that's awful place I would never ever think of getting glasses here again.

Recently went in once more and it's still 5 stars. The staff are as pleasant and helpful as ever even with the pandemic procedures. The doctor was great and very knowledgeable. Even about quick little questions just as I was leaving the exam.

Doctor Gridley is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They provide a high quality eye exam and accept CareSource!

He is patient and understanding he explained in Detail what was going on with my vision.
