Eye Specialist Of Dayton

I'm very frustrated with the women who worked the front desk. Silver hair. Glasses with black rims on the top. I went in to drop off a payment my mom owed. The women working the front was very unorganized. Said to me, "I know you're frustrated with me but I'm the only one here and I'm not feeling good." I hadn't said or done a thing. I was waiting patiently. I have a sick kid at home and was running on no sleep, why would you make a statement like that, assuming anything about me who you've never met and someone who is your customer. I tried to ask questions my mother gave me to ask. She cut me off saying she's part time and doesn't know. The form was very misleading so the amount of the check I had was too much which she didn't notice until after she made a photocopy of it. Everything she said was full of disrespectful tones and bad attitude. She handed me a paper back but not the check. I said I'll need it back and she said "well yeah" in a very snotty nasty tone. I asked for some compromise, such as take the check and just give me a refund, because she was rushed to make a payment since they moved her appointment back but didn't move back the payment date. She responded very nastily.

Very happy with the outcome of cataract surgery!! Can't wait to get my other eye done! Thank you , to Dr Joshi and your entire staff!!
