Dr. Shade introduced herself and explained what procedures would be beneficial for better vision. She assured me that someone would call me to set up an appointment for cataract surgery on my right eye. Thank you Dr. Shade.

They are very thorough with the cataract eyes exam. You go through multiple tests, each test has its own specific tester. They explain what the test is for, and exactly what they're going to do, step by step. You are given an opportunity to ask any questions you might have. They're just so detailed in everything. It really calms you, knowing exactly what to expect with cataract surgery.

I saw Dr Shade for a Cataract Consultation. I was very impressed with how streamlined every step of the process was. Explanations were detailed and I was personally escorted from test to test. Happy to have that all in one place and done in one day. Only thing missing is that the scheduler was off so have to wait to see when Dr Shade can perform the surgery. All in all, so far it was a very positive experience.

Poorly. Very minimal customer service from Doctor. After having removed my right "soft" contact lens for two weeks like required. I had an eye measurement and then was told I need to keep my soft lens out for another two weeks and then measured again. Despite repeated attempts to ask when I can have my cataract removed with surgery they still have failed to provide me with a tentative date!
Two weeks seems long for having my lens out of my right eye. Now I am required to have it another two weeks plus....no contact back from Doctor regarding a date for surgery.
