He diagnosed my cataract problem and after two successful surgeries, my vision has never been better. Before surgery and without my contacts, I was seeing 20:200, post op: 20:30. Not only did Dr. John restore my sight, his staff made the process easy, painless and efficient. Can't thank Dr. John and his staff enough for their help.

If and when you have a retina tear, this is the place to go. I was seen on a Saturday and was the only patient. If you live long enough and are near sighted and see Northern lights inside call. You will be seen. Normally this is not a problem, but only an ophthalmologist can tell. To avoid the long wait take the earliest appointment offered. If not, it is definitely worth the wait. The optometrist is great, too, but must be requested. Their attention to detail is amazing! You will have drops, so make sure you have a way home if you don't live near by. Regrettably not all insurance is acceptabled. If you can afford this eye care it is excellent!

This doctors office over books if you get to see the doctor in 2-3 hours your doing good. This place treats their patients like they are on a assembly line. My mother has been coming here for years. I will definitely not use this office for myself. She had her eyelids raised they raised them toooo high so now she has more issues than she use to and even though they screwed up she still has to pay her co-pay for them to try to make the problem better. We just mentioned to the doctor how long we have been waiting and got a hmm from him.

I am James Landrum, loving husband of Sally Landrum. She recently died after a long battle with dementia. Dr. Kunesh had treated me for cataracts and glaucoma. After doing successful surgery in one eye, my wife took a turn for the worse and I had to delay. Dr. Kunesh kept polite pressure on me and after her passing, I had successful surgery on the other eye. I cannot express how wonderful it is to see the world clearly again!! Dr. Kunesh's skill, patience and understanding were essential!

Skip it, they claim one has cataracts, and push surgery on people, then a second and third opinion shows that there are NO cataracts. This place is a fraud, and they are billing insurance, and doing unnecessary eye surgeries.

Dr. Michael T. Kunesh graduated from Alter High School and went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Notre Dame, graduating with highest honors. He received his medical degree from Ohio State University. He was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the honor society for top medical school graduates. While at Ohio State University, Dr. Kunesh's medical school was ranked as the number two primary care medical school in the United States. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Ohio State University. He then completed a fellowship in glaucoma at Ohio State University.
