Dr Mihok and his entire team are wonderful. Was referred by the VA. They treated me with kindness and respect, and did a wonderful job with great results for two cataract surgeries. I would very strongly recommend Dr Mihok and his practice. Great people!

Everyone at this office was extremely nice. That being said, I know this is an odd concept, but if I make my appointment at a certain time, I think it's professional to keep that time. In any other professional career, it is expected your appointment is going to be at the given time.

I started out going to 5 different eye doctors in 13 months as my vision kept changing. Finally went to 1 eye doctor who found cataracts and referred me to a cataract facility that was like a used car sales room. I immediately found a different doctor thru my insurance. Dr. Mihok was on the insurance list. Called, made an appointment. From the first visit to everthing in between to final visit, included cataract surgery and follow up. Dr Mihok and his staff and team are top notch, caring, understanding and goes above and beyond for the care of their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Mihok, his bedside manner and his doctoring is A+++++++ and his staff is absolutely the best and professional!!!!!! Dr Mihok rocks!!!!! Jennifer Barnes

Dr Mihok and his staff are so awesome! His Staff are always in a great mood! Very friendly! They went over and beyond in the care for my husband Larry! He had cataract surgery this morning and I was Super impressed with Dr Mihok! It's not everyday your Doctor gives you his cell phone number in case you have a problem! I highly recommend this Doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Mihok for intracranial hypertension. My new insurance deny my application stating the reason why is because the last claim they paid for Dr. Mihok diagnosis code was type two diabetes. I have never had type two diabetes in my life. I called Dr. Mihok's office and the nurse tried to convince me that pre-diabetes and diabetes type two is the same. I told her it wasn't and they don't even see me for anything related to that. My doctor faxed over a letter stating that she has all my records and I've never had a type two diabetes and if any Otherwise that's false documentation of a record. The office still fuses to remove this from my record because that will also mean that that Recouped due to invalid information. I will be reporting this office for up coding to the ohio state medical board which is illegal. The nurse tried to tell me that there isn't a diagnosis code for pre-diabetes which it is R73.03. I am revenue cycle analyst and I will make sure I report this office for fraud

I felt like something was in my eye, so I made an appointment. Doctor spent less than 2 minutes with me and made a decision to prescribe me (Erythromycin) antibacterial ointment. He didn't take a moment to explain what the ointment was for or why he was prescribing it. Long story short, the ointment caused my eye to have a reaction, which was many times worse than what I initially visited for. I wish there was a separate rating for the staff as they were super friendly and helpful. It is unfortunate the doctor does not live up to these same expectations.

Dr Mihok is great with excellent bed side manner. One lady that schedules and works the front counter is horrible. Scheduling patients whose insurance they do not except. Answers the phone very rudely. Sadly because of the representation she presents, I will have to criticize the practice as a whole. I walked out of the office feeling like a joke to that woman. If you visit, she makes herself obvious-no need to say names.

Excuses!!! I had an appointment for 1030, showed up at 1025 and checked in. Gave my drivers license and insurance card and they took my picture. As I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes the receptionist asked if I had an appointment and if I checked in? What? I have been here for a half hour!!!! Confusion going on there. I was then called back a half hour into my appointment and then the excuses started. Oh the Dr. Spent more time with another patient....whatever! Then I was told that they would have to do testing and dilate my pupils before I would see the Dr. Why wasn't this done prior??? Well, not going back to the office. I will find another office to go to, you should to!!!!!!!!
