When I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a perky "may I help you". The technicians were personable and very welcoming. The glasses selection was vast and stylish, but navigating it was a bit overwhelming. The technician, a fashion wizard with a patient heart, walked me through the entire process. She considered my face shape, lifestyle, and preferences, suggesting frames that flattered and fit. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, and ultimately left with a pair I adore. My visit exceeded my expectations not just with medical expertise but also with their positive environment and emphasis on patient well-being. They made me feel like more than just a number, but a valued individual with unique needs. For the last couple of years, I've hesitated to go to an eye doctor because I've only had bad experiences in the past. My prescriptions were always off and I wasn't satisfied with the work. I was encouraged to go to Dr. Spencer's clinic by Aubree, their fantastic optician, who not only encouraged me to get my eyes checked, but showed care and attention throughout the entire process and made sure I was taken care of. If it wasn't for the sweet Aubree, I wouldn't have gotten the chance to finally improve my vision and get the care of the wonderful Dr. Spencer and Dr. Harris. The whole staff was extremely friendly and nice: Alaina, Lily, ReAnna, Aubree, and both Doctors. The entire process was smooth and fast and I didn't feel like I was waiting forever. I'm so glad that I FINALLY found a clinic with staff and doctors I can trust to provide me with proper eye care. I would 1000% recommend this place for eye care: Professional, Nice, Respectful. Bonus: Their glasses selection is AMAZING! I am always hesitant to make a choice but Aubree and the rest of the staff were the sweetest and helped me with my choices! Thank you for everything! I can finally SEE why this place is so well recommended.

My vision has never been better! I did a lot of searching beforehand and ultimately decided Dr.Spencer was the best fit for me. I absolutely adore his team. They made sure I was well taken care of even after I left the office. If you're on the fence about doing a risky surgery, consider stopping by their office for a consultation.

Great experience from start to finish. I got lasik here nearly a year ago, and still have no complaints. Dr. Had a wonderful disposition, and spent time to make sure all my questions were answered. Received wonderful service from Aubree at the front desk, and Alaina during the surgery. For a procedure that made me a bit nervous, this office was responsive, informative, and professional.

I've been going to Dr. Spencer's office for several years. His team is amazing, I feel they go above and beyond to make you comfortable while explaining the process. Aubree, Alaina, Lily, and ReAnna are personable and Dr. Harris is always very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this office, the central location in Dayton makes it convenient and quick.

I was very nervous to have eye surgery but the doctor and staff were very professional and really put me at ease. It is wonderful to not need glasses anymore. Dr Spencer, Aubree, Alaina, Lilly plus ReAnna have taken very good care of me

Dr. Spencer is my eye doctor and while an annual eye exam can be a lengthy process, it's necessary and worth it. Yesterday I arrived for my annual eye exam and was seen by Dr. Harris instead. I was startled because I thought I was seeing Dr. Spencer but agreed to go ahead and try out Dr. Harris. I did not have to wait very long at all, in fact my entire appointment was the amount of time I usually wait just to see Dr. Spencer. I think Dr. Harris did a good job and probably got my prescription right which is something I generally have trouble with unless Dr. Spencer checks it. Apparently I don't know how to choose between 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 3 and 4 correctly. :D But what did upset me was the change in optician. The previous optician guy was phenomenal. I usually have very thick glasses that are heavy and uncomfortable. The frames get slightly out of adjustment and then I can't see through the progressive lenses, etc. A pain. The previous optician fixed all that. He found me amazing frames that weigh nothing and my lenses are super thin and lightweight. Best pair of glasses I've ever had. But he's not there anymore. Instead the new optician was extremely uncaring and unfriendly. She stopped carrying the amazing frames that I like, and wanted me to sign some kind of waiver form if they attempted to put my new prescription into my old frames so I could stay in them. I got so upset I left without getting my new glasses which I need because my prescription changed and I can't see very well. Fortunately I found another optical shop that carries my preferred frames and takes my insurance so while I will still come in to see Dr. Spencer and/or Dr. Harris, I will not be buying my glasses there anymore.

Absolutely love this office and Dr. Spencer! All the girls in the office are very friendly and I've never had issues getting my frames or contacts quickly. Aubree is the best with helping me pick out glasses that I love!
