Friendly Staff. I picked out glasses and paid for them. Went to Sam's to pick them up, wrong glasses. Left so they could sort out the mix up. They called and said there is nothing they can do about making sure the correct frames came in. Went in to get refund. Sam's called again about a week later and said they could get the right pair after all. Order placed. I went in to pick them up... wrong frames, again. I was given an apology, but nothing else. Including the appointment (I liked the glasses so I scheduled an eye exam), I made four trips to Sam's Optical only to not get the one thing I was there to get. Totally wasted time and money. After their inability to come through, I feel they didn't do enough to make it right. Just an apology. They should have tried to make it right. As a manager in hospitality, you always make it right. You should always value the time of your patrons. Too bad.

I cannot say enough good about Sam's Club Optical-Miller Lane. From the excellent exam given by the friendly, thorough Dr. Fenton, to the abundant frames for a large fit, (wait there's more!) to the capable, knowledgeable optician Heather-it was an easy, stress free appointment. Who doesn't want that!!! And icing on the cake, my glasses arrived as promised with the best vision I've had in years. Thank you, thank you, thank you staff at Sam's Optical-Miller Lane!

Do not recommend the service here. The girls leave early (before posted closing time) and give you the impression that customers are annoying. The Chillicothe Sam's Optical is awesome!
