My appointment time was 11:10. I never saw any professional person until 11:45. The wait time was excessively long. When I saw Dr. Prozac she didn't seem to know what she was doing. She couldn't get an accurate eye pressure, had to get other equipment, and then never told me the pressure reading until I asked. She seemed like she didn't know what she was doing.

Excellent doctor and she is improving in her stroke vision issues so doing right thing. Takes 3 and half hours to get everything done every 6 months and for my mom who is 90 years old it is hard. Some workers show their lack of patience with 90 year old or roll their eyes or sigh heavy and do not speak or show any discussion with 90 year old's family in the room

Dr Prosak didn't a good examination and explained my case with me. She showed concern for how I was feeling. Gave me meds that were affordable and they are working. I go back in a month for a recheck of my eyes! I would recommend her .

I received excellent service. However, I was forced to pay $60 for a prescription! I have insurance and it was my annual diabetic eye exam COVERED by my insurance!! I've NEVER had to pay for a prescription anywhere else and I've been wearing glasses for 30 years! This is strictly a rip off move . . . BEWARE!!

Trang Prosak, O.D. is a residency-trained optometrist who provides comprehensive eye care for a variety of conditions including diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma and dry eyes. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in Molecular Genetics from The Ohio State University, where she went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Prosak completed her residency training in Ocular Disease at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. Before joining CVP Physicians Dayton, she worked at the Wright-Patterson Laser Refractive Surgery Clinic where she provided pre- and post-op care to members of all branches of the military.
