Dr. Mercado is a skilled and knowledgeable O.D. and has incredible bedside manner. I always enjoy the smooth process of visiting this facility. Kate Antonio made me feel very comfortable and gave me plenty of time to try on frames. This is my first time getting glasses and she gave me sound advice on which ones looked best, yet were functional for my job. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all to buy glasses after my appointment but I did because of how helpful Kate was. She also thoroughly explained my prescription and how to understand it better if ordering new glasses in the future. Reception is always extremely friendly and my husband and I enjoy going here. Thank you!

I was a first time patient and the ladies at the desk were rude when i asked a question about being helped when it was time to pick my glasses. They lack skills in giving clear instruction about going through the appointment. No communication about my glasses were given. I had to call for an update on my glasses and they said that they were done and that I could come in. WHERE WAS MY CONTACT WHEN THEY WERE DONE. WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL TWO WEEKS LATER TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY WERE. They were done wrong so i had to leave without them. Its been a month and they have yet to reach out again about my glasses being done.... Experience has been a 2/10. The exam with the optometrist was the only good experience and we spent like 10 minutes in the exam.
