Walmart Vision & Glasses

I would give 0 stars if I could. I go in to get contacts and I'm sent home with the wrong prescription. I call and let them know and they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks. I'm finally able to get in for a follow up and am basically yelled at for not wearing my contacts to my appointment. (My appointment was at 4 and I wasn't seen until 6. They explained that the reason for my wait was that someone had already marked me off the list saying I was already seen by the Dr.) When I explain to them that I wasn't wearing them because I couldn't see out of them, the doctor tells me its because I have astigmatism (I dont) and gives me thicker lenses with my correct prescription after arguing with me about it and redoing my exam. I have to go back yet again because the lenses that I was given have caused my eyes to be bloodshot and sore, which was not an issue with the thinner contacts. I'm extremely frustrated that I keep having to make the hour drive to this Walmart and I keep having so many issues. I will say however that SOME of the staff have seemed sympathetic and have been very cooperative in trying to help me and answer all of my questions and concerns. The Dr however seems to just want to rush through and get as many people in and out of there as possible. I wish I could transfer my file to another office but they won't even release my prescription until they find the right fit and prescription that works for me, or so they say.

Doctor is a joke. My daughter's school has been noticing issues with the glasses the dr here prescribed her in July. I took her back in yesterday for a follow up to see if we could figure out why she is still having trouble seeing. He put a lense in front of her glasses, took it away and asked which one was better. Then he looked at me and said "I don't know what to tell you" and sent us away. I was beyond upset yesterday & decided not to write this until I had some time to calm down. I have chosen to share to hopefully save someone some time and money.

The doctor was amazing. I will go back to him, however, the sales manager,Rita, was very curt when I called to inquire about my daughter's glasses. It was apparent that someone dropped the ball and never ordered them because it was over the "latest date" that they should have arrived. She just repeated the statement, "they will ship them Thursday or Friday" with no explanation or apology. I received no call to state that they would be arriving late. I understand things happen, but it is all about how you treat people. I was treated rudely and called back to cancel my order. I will be going to West Milton Optical from now on for my glasses purchase.

i was just calling to make an eye exam appointment and get new glasses bc my dog ate them and i can't work with out them and the vision center NEVER picked up. I called the store about 15 times and was transferred to every department BUT the vision center. Finally on my last call, Dylan from online grocery picked up and he was the ONLY helpful person i talked to. it's kinda ridiculous nobody but dylan would/could help me.

Saved the day when I lost my luggage and didn't have any contacts or glasses on hand. Many thanks to Amber!

I would also give 0 star if I could. Terrible service and terrible dr. I don't think he is even a real dr. I went there for dilate eye exam and after he was finished he would not give me the report. Dr told me he would have to go home to print out the report and give it to me the next day. It's been two weeks I'm still waiting for the report. I don't think he is a real dr I wish I knew where to complain.....

Brooklyn and Amber took great care of me and my son. Very professional and courteous. Finally got my glasses right after a fail elsewhere. Thanks

Dr. Wells was great. Very professional and friendly and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend him if you need a quality eye exam..
