On my first visit, Dr. Lahman was friendly and helpful. When I returned several weeks later attempting to order more contacts, no one in the office seemed to know why I was there. Fast forward to months later, after saying that my insurance was accepted, I received a bill for the full amount. Then after asking for a discount over the phone due to all the confusion, no one returned our call. Instead, I got another bill in the mail saying "past due."

I stopped in to pick up contacts, which had been ordered two weeks ago. I had to wait two minutes for the two receptionists to finish their conversation before I was even acknowledged. I then waited 10 minutes to get an answer whether or not my contacts had in fact arrived. Then I was diverted over to optical, and was greeted rudely by employee there. As I was still waiting, the one receptionist left the office for the day, without even providing me an answer on the status of the contacts. Unbelievably terrible customer service at this office! Wow!

Dr. Lahman came in on his day off, just to take care of my husband's eye. Very family friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for eye care!

Dr. Lahman was great, took his time, and was very thorough, his receptionist was very nice as well.
