This used to be a great place before one of the ladies retired. Since then there have been several problems with my glasses that I wasn't notified about. They also disclosed private patient information about a family member of mine to me while I was in for my glasses. I had them change my contact # on several occasions and they proceeded to break HIPAA and leave messages about MY treatment on someone else's voicemail. Do not go to this place

The doctor was very thorough. He corrected a mistake another doctor made with my prescription and he was friendly. The selection is GREAT here. Usually I have so much trouble finding anything close to a decent frame for my high prescription which is -11. And I have a petite face and it's difficult to find something that is centered well on my face. The ladies there made it pretty easy and they were very helpful. The checkout process was fast and easy and the price for the exam and glasses was very reasonable considering I need all of the add ons for my high prescription AND I don't have insurance. I can't wait to get my glasses in and try them on. I've heard great things about this place and so far I've been satisfied and very happy.

I love the staff at Twin Value. Doctor is so thorough, professional and nice. The staff are always friendly and they make sure you leave satisfied. They tell me what looks good on me and what doesn't, which I really appreciate!

One of the good Hidden optical places only the locals know about, off the beaten track. This time I had an office visit with Dr. Chris Decastecker, O.D.. He has a great Chairside manner, and is friendly and knowledgeable. It may be my geeky side coming out, but the visit to his high tech office was actually fun! No extensive pages of new patient paperwork! He just interviews you asking pertinent questions as you go through your exam. After a short visit with the Doctor, I had my wife help me pick out frames. I had a brief consultation with one of their fun and personable opticians, about what type of lenses I wanted, Anti-reflective treatments to help see in the dark and under rainy conditions, and whether I wanted transitions built into my lenses. The optician went back to the office and said it would all be covered by my insurance. She said my new spectacles would arrive in about two to three weeks. From office call to out the door in about 30 minutes! We have literally dealt with this office for years! They have previously delivered and adjusted Good looking frames, on time, and on budget! Thanks Twin Value! We'll be back!

I got some Harley Davidson glasses that this lady kept pushing for me to buy even though I had another pair I wanted. Well, she persuaded me, and I got them just for them to break when I brushed my teeth. I'm not active....wearing the glasses.... and they broke, lts a cheap material, and now I have to wait 2 weeks to get a new pair. took my business elsewhere.

Everyone here was so nice and helpful the minute I walked in. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. Didn't wait very long and the doctor was very descriptive and informative with everything. Easiest and best eye experience yet! Will be going back yearly!

The staff is always very helpful and courteous each time I visit for an eye exam or picking up a prescription. Very easy to book an appointment and eye exam is very in depth. Chris and his staff are top notch and I wouldn't trust my eye health to any other team.
