If you dress or look alternative this isn't a good place to go to, everyone in there besides the girl with reddish hair who checks people in looked at me like I was coming to rob the place and did everything in their power to ignore and not help me. I wear my glasses lower on my nose, there was a point where the lady helping me kept pushing them up and telling me I looked better and prettier when they're pushed up, while she was taking measurements she took a picture of my face just to show and tell me "how much better it looked her way", I responded" "I think it makes me look crazy when they're pushed up" and she says "well you look crazy anyways". Will never come back

Steve was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and took the time to talk my wife and I through all of our questions, and even answer some we didn't think to ask. My new frames were giving me issues with the fit and staying tight on my face, Steve adjusted them for me after some probing questions to ensure he made the right adjustments. Even though we ended up ordering replacement frames, it was within the 30 days of pickup so I paid nothing extra!

Best Pearl Vision location! They're very friendly and helpful with any questions, concerns or adjustments you may need. Steve was a HUGE help today when I went to pick up my sunglasses. He adjusted them so they fit a lot better and even adjusted my regular eye glasses I got from a different location! 10/10 recommend this place, you will not be disappointed:)
