My husband and I were very pleased with Consliela.If we could rate her a 10, we would. We waited for the Dr on video to answer and it was awhile.When we came out for our glasses she was so pleasant and POSITIVE!!! We need more people like her!! Thank you Consliela for making our day end positive!!

Sydney was amazing, there were so many people scheduled back to back with a shortage of staff you could tell that they were stressed out. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 and was there until after closing time. Sydney asked if I could reschedule and I was hesitant at first but she offered to discount my visit for the inconvenience and that made the decision much easier. She really cares about customer service and not just the bottom dollar. She cared about my wait, the inconveniences and really took care of me when I came back. Amazing. I feel blessed. Thank you Sydney!

the staff was friendly and helpful. The virtual doctor process was a little different but very informative. Sydney helped me pick out my glasses. I absolutely enjoyed her. She got me to leave my comfort zone and was such a nice person. I will definitely be back.

I ended up at AB multiple times to sort out contacts. The last visit I had, Sydney helped me identify miscommunications with insurance and made sure all was sorted before I left. I greatly appreciate her dedication and thoroughness! Literally one of the best employees on staff there. She deserves a raise!

Consuela does an incredible job. She helped me pick out my frames, and assured me that I was gonna get a good deal. She was able to get my insurance to save me a ton of money. I definitely will be visiting again.

Dropped my partner off for his 12:50pm appointment at 12:30. He waited to see the Dr until 3:45. We did not leave the office until after 5pm. This was after he scheduled an on -line appointment and was called to move his appointment to an early time. There is absolutely no reason to be sitting in a waiting room for 3+ hours, especially when you are called and asked to come in earlier. Staff was very apologetic, but this absolutely took way too long. Not sure if this is a regular practice, but I definitely will not be making future appointments for any adults and definitely not children in my family here. This was a complete waste of a day... a whole day! I feel bad for anyone that tries to get an appointment on their lunch break.

I called America'a Best in Fairlawn yesterday to order contacts. Kelly advised me that they were short staffed and didn't have time to help me. I requested that she call me back when they had time later that day. I never received a phone call back. I called today and was advised that it was only the receptionist and manager Beth and no one there could order contacts. Beth was super apologetic about but it's obviously very frustrating that after trying 2 days in a row to order contacts, I was unable to yet again. I understand things happen but if you say you'll call someone back, you should do it. And if you don't have anyone able to order contacts at a location, why even bother being open?

Consuela was great. She was attentive and hilarious, exactly the type of customer service I hope for. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Thank you!!
