Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons

Doctor's a 5 star, practice not so much. They now have a call center when you call the office. Well, it's like Fort Knox to get to talk to a person in the office. If the call center does transfer you and you get a live person, the one I had was nasty. She informed me that the call center should have never transferred the call. I wanted to know if Rhopressa was in for my husband and since January we had an appointment that was canceled 4 times so I asked her if they wanted for us to find another doctor. She informed in no certain terms that NO...the RHOPRESSA IS NOT HERE. So again I asked would they like for us to find another doctor. She put me on hold, I listened to music and she never came back. It went straight to a survey. Well, I rated them 0 due to communication. Tried to get a person to turn in the employee who has yet to call me back. Then I sent letters..let's see if anything happens now.

Pretty much on time for appointments and surgeries. Good explanation regarding the cataract surgery itself. All good but the option regarding the type of lens made you feel like you were taking the cheapest way out when it was the best choice for my situation. I previously had very good distance vision and excellent close up vision with a 2.5 readers. The 1st cataract surgery returned my vision to 20/15!!

If it weren't for this eye practice, I would be blind! I have the upmost of respect and admiration for all of the doctors in medical staff at Northeast Ohio eye surgeons! Especially hold Dr Willett and highest Regard!

Staff were kind and professional. I was provided clear instructions on aftercare and they worked to schedule me for follow ups despite my limited availability. The whole experience was anxiety provoking but their compassionate approach was very helpful and helped me to feel comfortable. I have already referred a few of my friends.

If I could leave no stars I would. When checking out the blonde hair older lady was rude and had zero customer service skills. I called to day to ask about something on my 7 yr old daughters presription, I just needed the PD number and the lady that answered the phone said that is something we don't give out, you'll have to come into the office. I asked so I'm basically forced to come in and buy glasses from your office? and she answered "exactly".. As a single mom of 3 its more cost effective to get a pair offline..

I woke up this morning with a painful stye. I talked with the nicest appointment lady who got me in the same day. Dr. Lenhoff was wonderful, as were all the staff. I left with instructions and a called-in Rx that was ready on my way home. I am so grateful and highly recommend Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons. Have a lovely day!

To me it was just like Sharon feelings and experiences with the family member the girls really are understanding in the place was spotless no hesitation on anything thank you for a pleasant visit

Great visit. Staff is nice, professional and helpful. Answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable.
