I purchased my glasses a few months ago, recently one of the arms got stiff so I brought them in hoping someone could fix them. Anne greeted me and took charge!! She cleaned them thoroughly and went out of her way to make sure they were working as they should. Her customer service was exceptional! Such a kind, warm, and welcoming personality!!! I was SO impressed.

I have been a patient with the Eyesite for over 20 plus years. Dr. Hazelwood if great and listens to your concerns. The opticians' are great, they take their time with each customer explaining options and your insurance coverage. When picking up your glasses they make sure you are happy and have a good comfortable fit before leaving. Annie and Kristen are great at what they do and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their field. Nothing but positive comments on this office.

An annual checkup for new prescription for glasses that was so stressful, frustrating, and time wasting.
I had to make three trips to the office, and the new prescription still does not provide clear vision.
I was given all kinds of explanation going from all good, dilated eye exam evaluation to having cataract that might need surgery.
I am not going back there for the fourth time.

Kristen was amazing! She made getting glasses so much easier and more affordable. We truly appreciate her help. We hadn't updated our glasses in over three years because it always felt too expensive or too much of a hassle. It all started when we needed glasses for our toddler, and Kristen made the process so seamless that my husband and I decided to check out options for ourselves. We were shocked to find that our glasses cost less than half of what we've been quoted at other optical shops! Now, all three of us will have new glasses soon. Plus, they have a fantastic kids' room, which was a lifesaver for keeping our little one entertained. Highly recommend!

I meant to hit 5 stars.Unfortunately I purchased my glasses some where other than the eye site.The glasses just weren't working for me.The place where purchased them tried everything and by the way were EXTREMELY patient.I just couldn't see out of my first pair of prescription glasses ever.On the way home one night I thought I would stop at the eyesight and ask for help,15minutes till closing mind you.A receptionist and an optometrist by the name of Annie helped past closing because they said that's what do.Why didn't I get them there in the first place...But I will now
