I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I make an appointment for an eye exam and when I show up for my appointment they claim that it's mandatory that I get some RI done. This is not prescribed by a doctor and for some reason isn't included on my insurance. They waited until I showed up for my appointment to tell me all this, instead of when I made the appointment. What a scam!

The entire staff here was amazing and so polite! Dr. Sipple was absolutely awesome! She gave a very thorough exam and explained everything in an understanding way. I never thought an eye exam would be fun but the staff here made it a very pleasurable experience. Would definitely recommend!!

From the moment I walked in, I was greated and was helped fill out my forms. And Dr Paige was very nice and everything went very smoothly with her. And then it was time to pick out frames, which I have always had a hard time doing. I had Selena to help, you have a wonderful and great employee, she was great!!!!! She knew what was a great frame for my face. She even had 2 other employees come over and help decide between 2 frames. They also decided with Selena's very first pick too. I will definitly recommend Selena, and your whole place for getting your eyes checked and for glasses!

Great visit!! Check in was smooth. Pre-appointment tests and imaging were performed promptly. My tech was informative, knowledgeable and very personable. She answered my questions concisely. As always, my appointment with Dr. Sipple was great!! The exam was very thorough, she went over all of my results with me, and she addressed the couple of concerns I had. I highly recommend Westgate optometry and Dr. Sipple to anyone that would like quality eye and vision care by doctors and a staff that truly care about their patients.

This was my first exam with Dr. Bernadette Sipple and I couldn't have been happier! She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. My exam was very thorough and she explained everything to me in laymen's terms so it was easy to understand. It was also a plus having such a great selection of glasses available. The 2 women in the showroom were extremely helpful and I ended getting 2 pair of glasses I absolutely love! Highly recommend to anyone!!
