Crawford Eye Clinic

Today was my first visit. I absolutely love this place! The Dr is very knowledgeable and caring. He answered all of my questions, and discussed different options. The lovely ladies up front are very friendly. They made sure that I understood my insurance coverage and held me pick out some frames. I cannot recommend them enough! Thanks for the great care

I went to Crawford Eye Clinic for ~25 years of my life, and I have to give all the credit to Dr Zeuch and his commitment to providing care and clearly loving what he does. There was a period of my life where I suffered from repeat eye infections that was eventually diagnosed as an allergy to an eye solution I was using. I was always fit into his schedule that day to make sure I was attended to and got new meds. Really appreciate everything he did for me the entire time. Almost all experience with the front desk / pre-eval has been really great. However, I saw some reviews on here citing less-than-satisfactory customer service and I will agree as I've seen it myself (moreso in recent years). Nonetheless, I couldn't give anything but 5 stars as one occasional bad seed does not dismiss all the great care I've received for such a long period of time.

Had my first appointment today, had eye exam and was fitted for contacts. The doctor and the staff were super nice. I'm a very anxious person, especially at new places but the doctor made me feel at ease, he was so friendly. Definitely recommend.

Great prices, nice staff, awesome doctors, and best of all? After my 3 year old broke her first pair of glasses within 24 hours of receiving them, the eye clinic had them sent out for repair and had them back to us within 48 hours. Def recommend them.

Just moved to town from Pittsburgh, PA and had a freak eye injury. The doctor came in on a day the office was closed and was very knowledgeable, helpful and sympathetic. After several visits to correct the injury and the doctor coming in twice on his days off, I would absolutely recommend this practice. The entire staff was kind and patient during each visit. This will continue to be my families eye care provider in our new town of Galion. Not happy for the manner in which I had to find this practice, (pretty miserable self inflicted eye injury), but certainly glad I did.

Horribly ran by those women. I was lied to about what glasses i could choose, then treated with an attitude because i had been lied to about pricing and was expecting to pick up my prescription that wasnt there so ive had to attempt 4 times now to receive my prescription and each times its more of a run around and then i get a call to pick them up because they are ready and they couldnt inform me that they were closing earlier than 1pm when i had been told it was 3pm they would close so i get there just for another run around and lie.

Dr. Zeuch is so friendly. All the staff make you feel like you're their only patient despite that NOT being the case; no one is too busy for you. Prices are good, too!

Would not release records as required by The Federal Trade Commission laws. It seems they are not too happy if you want to take your business elsewhere. Receptionist was very rude. Will never use their services again. I would not recommend this place.
