I was a brand new patient and I can't say enough good about this facility. I'm a new mom without childcare and had to being my extremely fussy 7 month old along. Everyone was so very kind, accommodating, patient, and gentle natured. I had to repeatedly stop to nurse my baby or soothe her. The exam was very thorough and detailed and I appreciated the level of care and hospitality I was shown. I will recommend this place to anyone I know

Special appreciation goes to Chris, who fixed my daughter's eyeglasses. We went in unannounced because my daughter had an accident and broke the temple on her glasses. Chris cheerfully repaired them and saved the day! It's this kind of customer service that is hard to find, and stands out in a successful and professional office. Thanks again for your kindness!

We had a wonderful experience at Procare Vision Center today! I brought my 3 daughters in for eye exams and the staff and Dr. Bickle were amazing to us. He was friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We were so impressed with the care and service we received! By far the best vision care we have received.

I have had trouble with many medical outlets that after a procedure or having anything done in their office that I get additional bills for what they call related' to seeing you at where ever! When I got my glasses I quizzed both the lady helping me and the front desk about charges because I wanted to pay off the FULL AMOUNT! They both assured me that they had ran everything thru Humana and I AM PAID IN FULL! Now, (3 to 4 months later)I keep getting billed for $35 ! Its some willy nilly charges that medical, optical, hearing related companies come up with to pad their profits! I called procare and they blame it on Humana, Humana blames it on Procare! I will never go back!
