I have anxiety & panic attacks , tend to get overwhelmed . I saw Linsey King , she was Great !!!! She took her time , spoke to me & took as long as needed with my eye exam . Krystal helped me with picking out a really nice pair of glasses . Never rushed me , also took her time . That means a lot !!! I felt comfortable and completely satisfied ! Tina the receptionist was also great ! Everyone in there made me feel relaxed and at home . That's how it should be . Thank y'all very much for making this a positive experience . I would definitely recommend this place to family & friends .

Pretty bad when this is a VA option and your husband goes there to Dr Simon and a very important part of his prescription is missed. He has had prisms in his prescription for years. Did Dr Simon miss that? Yes, he did! Thankfully when my husband went to the VA to get his glasses they noticed his prescription was wrong! They called Family Health and were diligent enough to follow through so he had that added to his prescription. IF he would have had his prescription filled at Family Health he would have been stuck with the wrong prescription and worthless glasses. I can say that because they missed secondary cataracts on my mother's eye exam. They said they would fix her lenses but she still can't see correctly out of her new prescription. Go to Dayton, save yourself from wasting your time and money on a incorrect eye exam!!!

never going back because I called three months ago to make a appointment for my eye and they couldn't get me in until next year.
