When I called to schedule my appointment in the Harrison office, the person who answered the phone was rude and argumentative with me. After that I called the Fairfield locations where I was treated kindly and respect as a human being. I went to the Harrison office to have an eye exam because Fairfield didn't have any openings. I have never been treated so poorly in my life as I was by the receptionist in the Harrison office. The doctor who exams me, argued with me that I could not order the contacts I prefer and had been wearing for the last 15 years. So I walked out with a trial pair that felt like sand paper. Never again will I go to that location.
