I scheduled a routine eye exam in April 2025 and I'm still dealing with the repercussions of them incorrectly billing my insurance and I. I found out that I was overcharged on the day of my appointment and they essentially double dipped with my insurance. It is now October of 2025 and I'm still unable to use my vision insurance to order glasses or contacts because of how they messed up the billing. Additionally, they submitted two separate claims for the same eye exam, so now I am unable to use my benefits towards frames or lenses. It has been such a mess and the representative that we spoke with from the office was incredibly rude until she realized that she was in the wrong. I will NOT be going back for future appointments and would encourage others to avoid the same mistake I did by choosing this location.

I went to Kane and figler because my insurance gave me them as one of the places that took my wellcare insurance But what happened was so wrong my eye exam came out to be 380.00 for a contact eye exam which took less that 25 mins my insurance gave me a total vision coverage of 300 bucks and they took all of i could get any contacts with my insurance because they used all of it on a standard eye exam so they gave me a trail pair of contacts which the contact give so patients can try them and see if they are comfortable with them and then the patient will buy that brand of contact from unfortunately I lost the right eye contact and I went into Kane and figler and the manager women would not give me another trial contact I even offered to buy one of her and she act all angry and like I was a bad person because I lost one I told her that I was going to a wedding over the weekend and I need to see to drive and see the people at the wedding I left with no contact and ended going to Americas best and they contacted Kane and figler to get my prescription and they didn't send for over one week and only would the eye glass part not the contact part but America's best came thru and gladly gave me two trial pairs so I could see and go to the wedding. I had to pay for another eye exam at America's best but they only charged 89 bucks and did the same exact eye exam as Kane and figler did for 380. I just want everyone to know how Kane and figler operates and how much they charged and how horrible the manager woman there treated me. I will never allow any of my family to go there.

This office gets the highest rating possible, a great experience. From Dr. Jones who conducted a thorough exam and explained everything, to Melissa who helped me with new frames, to the woman, (I wish I had her name), who did the preliminary tests, it was a kind, stress free and wonderful environment. My new glasses are excellent. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a quality eye exam and an excellent selection of frames. Again, my best description of everyone in this office is professional and kind. Many thanks.

The exams are so thorough and the staff is awesome. Such comfort. The young lady who initially helped me was the opitme of what customer service should be. I can't remember her name just now but, she's a keeper Dr. Jones.

Love this office. I never wait long to see the doctor. The office staff is always friendly and knows their clients. If you need specific times, they help accommodate and I can't end a review without saying how calming Dr. Jones voice is. IYKYK
