Great personality and total pro. She helped me fit some glasses and wasn't rushed or pressured. Best glass fitting experience I ever had. Great to see someone operating in their gifts. Dr Demos and her team are fantastic. They are patient, kind and really listen to my needs when it comes to my glasses. Quick turn around when ordering a new prescription and they never seemed rush when they're taking care of me at the office.

Worst customer service! Great doctors horrible admin "manager". I had booked me and my daughter appointments. They sent an automated text to confirm the appointment. I replied to the text but it only confirmed one appointment. They then called while I was working, and since I didn't "confirm" they canceled my appointment. I expressed my frustrations and instead of apology they said I can take my money elsewhere. Oh and for years they refused to send me and my daughter's prescription and said I would have to physically come pick it up. Super expensive, charge you extra for no reason. Don't go here. Unfortunately great doctor, but they are in Huron and not diverse and judgmental. Take your money and kid elsewhere. Just spent over 200 on kid glasses even though I have eye insurance.

Our 4 year old had his first eye exam today and I cannot speak highly enough of this team. Everyone was kind, very friendly, made him very comfortable, and took time to answer my questions. They used animal pictures to test his vision instead of letters, which I thought was very creative. Their facility is clean and they were also very timely. I would give Dr. Demos and her team 10 stars.

Needed and eye exam due to my current Dr moving farther away. Made an appointment with Dr Demos and all is can say it was a great move. The attitudes and personalities of everyone that works there far exceeded my expectations. The Dr. and her staff take pride in what they do. I don't give reviews often because most people have someone that acts like they're annoyed by being there, not this staff
