The dr got my prescription wrong and when i told him it wasnt right he got an attitude about it, then made me wait for a new appt to get a new eye exam. Then when the new lens were readu, they still were not correct. He told me to go home try them a few days, so knowing better i did and now i am stuck with the wrong prescription glasses that cause migraines and headaches.

Him and his staff are great ,.I went to him because another eye doctor i see told me I didn't have nothing wrong with my eyes , and I had cadracts so bad I was almost blind he sent me to a specialist they was awesome they fixed me up , and I went back to doctor Billman he hooked me up with my regular glasses I recommend him to anyone

My son's been with Dr. Billman's office for several years now and I think they are great. I wouldn't take my son anywhere else. His secretary is awesome too. They're not like these big franchise eye Dr.s out there.
When my son was getting glasses, he thought they fit good(first time wearing glasses) and after wearing them a day felt they didn't feel right, the office got him in the same day to adjust them. The Dr. and staff are welcoming and the Dr. has a great since of humor.
They really have the local family feel and try work with you when schedules and life happens. I am very happy with this place.

Dr was "okay". Glasses too tight plus very crooked. Had to bend them as soon as I got them. Secretary is very rude and disrespectful. Yelled at me when I called in to check on my glasses. Won't be back. Also heard this guy slammed an autistic kid in the chair and bruised his neck. Seen pictures. Not interested in going back. Whoever sees this you might want to try dr brown

My 79 year old mother went for an eye exam. The doctor gave her "hints" on the lines he wanted her to read. She was never able to make out a clear line. He finished the exam and gave her a blank prescription to take home which goes against the Eyeglass Rule and the glasses he prepared her do not work. They make her vision worse and he told her "just wear them". It is outrageous how he treated her, I urge you to think twice before using him.
