Really great experience here the other day. Though it took a long time to get an appointment, it was well worth the wait. Dr. Gilbert CLEARLY is a top notch professional who really cares about providing the best possible experience. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and made some very helpful suggestions and recommendations to me. After the thorough exam, I did visit the optical shop and again was pleased by the professionalism and customer service. I am looking forward to and very excited to get my new pair of eyeglasses (after a disasterous recent experience at a local 'shopping mall chain' eyeglass shop).

In the wee hours of the morning of Thanksgiving, I was struggling to get any rest due to a scratch from my (at the time) one-year-old. My wife had been reaching out to many providers to get me care on a major holiday. DOC and Dr. Megan were the most responsive and provided amazing care. I was actually able to enjoy my Thanksgiving due to Dr. Megan's personal sacrifice that Thanksgiving Day. I cannot thank them enough!

The staff was friendly and professional. The Doctor was very thorough in his exam and took my eye pressure using a more accurate devise since the puffer machine showed an elevated level. Still measured a little high but within acceptable range. Will check again in six

The tech saved me $200 by using AAA at her suggestion. Also offer discounts with AARP. I highly recommend this practice.
