America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I came with my daughter for her eye exam and to get glasses for her.the person that waited on her was Brian, so while she was having her eye exam i asked Brian if he could help me because I had my prescription from eye doctor he said that he could. He was so knowledgeable on everything. I'm a senior and on MediGold he looked up what I could get from MediGold. I looked for my glasses and found what I liked and he took alot of time with me and was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Brian for his knowledge and experience in helping me. He was wonderful!!

Staff was nice, was called and told my glasses were in and they were not just the toppers. They were not supposed to call me until everything came in. I drove an hour and 20 minutes. Later I had to call and ask if my glasses were in and they were. Just needs to be more organized. Other than that very nice place.

I've been to several America's Best locations and have seen many eye doctors over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I traveled six hours to visit this location because it was the only affordable option available to me, as there is no location in my current state. The doctor, Dr. Kritika Salooja, was extremely dismissive and appeared irritated from the very start of the virtual appointment. The "test" portion of the exam lasted less than five minutes before she stated that she would need to refer me out for a more thorough exam. I explained my situation very kindly and made it clear that returning was not an option due to the long drive. I also stated that I was willing to accept and pay for a prescription that may not be perfectly accurate, as this has been done for me in the past when dilation was not possible. Dr. Salooja completely disregarded this explanation, repeated that she needed to refer me out, and swiftly ended the call. The technician who assisted with Dr. Salooja's tests immediately apologized, clearly recognizing how poorly the situation had been handled. The in-office staff were very kind and ultimately waived the fee that Dr. Salooja attempted to charge me. Whether this was an issue with virtual appointments or with Dr. Salooja herself, I am truly disappointed with this location and my experience. I have never had such a negative experience trying to give my money to a medical "professional," and everyone I've shared this experience with agrees it was handled extremely poorly.

Eye exam for glasses, all went well during this process. Waited the two weeks for my glasses to arrive. They arrived on time but I had to call and follow up as I wasn't informed they were ready for pickup (Kind of annoying). When I arrived to pick up my glasses my wife's were correct but they had ordered me the completely wrong glasses. Sooooo, of coarse the only solution is to resubmit the purchase with the correct frames. Luckily the price was the same but now I will have waited a month by the time they arrive. Very unsatisfying experience, no discount or offer was made either. This made it feel like it was a normal thing for them here. Will not be returning again next year.

Have been coming here for the past few years. I have not had any negative experience with this location. You can easily schedule your appointment online and you have the option to edit/confirm/cancel/reschedule. Very easy to navigate. You can also do all your paperwork prior to the appointment (they send it to you via automated e-mail after you book the appointment). The wait time is reasonable. I was brought in shortly after I checked in. After the initial examination, I waited about 20 minutes. Something I would like to share with everyone is their Eyecare Club. For just $10 more (in addition to the $119 for contact exam), your exam for the next 3 years are covered and you can't beat that. Contact exam includes eyeglass exam just FYI so you'll have two prescriptions when you're done. They also send you home with a trial pair of contacts at no extra cost. These guys are not pushy and they fully respect patient's decision if you don't wish to purchase anything during your visit. These guys are also transparent and have never tried to sneak anything extra on me. I was told today during my visit that this location was doing telehealth for a little while but they now have Dr. Morgan in the building. Dr. Morgan was very thorough, personable and answered all my questions. I saw Tia for check out. She was also super friendly and helped answer all my questions despite being very busy. Caitlin helped with the initial examination and she was very kind and efficient. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Tyler and his team have went above and beyond to help me and my family out and now we all go there for everything. Customer service nowadays is awful most places. This is definitely not the case at this place. Excellent pricing too for quality products. If you need their services give them your business. You will not regret it.

Having to sit and wait multiple hours for a scheduled exam in uncomfortable metal chairs. No prior notice they were running hours behind before driving over an hour to visit. Won't be back. Show some appreciation for my time.

We went to this place to get the deal where you get 2 free pairs of glasses with an eye exam. Well we go in and the receptionist asked if we were doing the deal and we said yes then filled out all the info for the exam. Got the exam done, I suffer from ocular migraines and asked the doctor about some tips to help and why it was happening and she told me that it happens because eyes don't feel pain? I was confused and just went along with it. But I got done with the exam and went to pick out glasses, they have a horrible selection for men, and after I found some I liked the receptionist told me the total was $280. We looked for about 30 minutes at glasses before she said anything about a price discrepancy when we went to check out. She made up some BS excuse about the glasses not being apart of the deal even though they said I could pick any frames in the exam. So I said never mind then they charged me $150 for the exam with the extra checks on it. I feel like I got scammed I want my money and time back this place sucks don't go there
