I'm a veteran and was referred to this business to pick out glasses after my eye exam at our local VA clinic. I took a pair of my old frames with me as the selection of frames weren't to my liking. I even paid for their lab to do my lenses. When my glasses came in they told me that they were my frames so they didn't adjust them for me. I'm not sure why?
I'm happy this business did not renew their contract with the VA.
