I had my eye examination, asked to be billed at a later date.
When I received my bill, I paid it off completely, the receptionist said all was paid up with a 0 balance.
I asked for them to mail me a copy of my receipt to which she agreed.
Now, couple weeks later, I receive this new bill for $15!
This is not right.
Don't go to this place if enjoy life not being lied to and scammed for more of your hard earned money.

Splendid service from a skilled, experienced, and caring staff. Eye exams are never lots of fun, but I knew I was getting good care. Don't be put off by the location (a dead shopping center converted to medical offices) because within the rather grim exterior the people and equipment are first class.

If it were possible to rate a zero, I would. Equipment seemed ancient compared to my former eye doctor in Columbus. Looked for reasons to increase her billing trying to make a condition out of nothing. Ran unnecessary tests without consent, for which she charged a lot. Then tried to sell me product for a non-existent condition. Won't refund billing for unnecessary tests after I complained that I should make the decision to run a test or not as I am the one who pays. Using her medical license to scam patients.

Dr. Kosier's assistant is homophobic and should not be allowed to hold the position she does or work with the public! Sheanna Hazlett is the assistants name. Do better Dr. Kosier!
