Glasses broke after wearing them 2 days. They are just focused on getting your money. I will be expecting a full refund and not just a quick fix. Horrible service and quality of products

I went in needing either an office visit or an exam. The doctor didn't even see me and was making the decision up to me if I needed an office visit or an exam. I feel like the Dr. Should have at least seen me so he/she (not sure because I didn't even get to meet the Dr.) could determine if I needed an office visit or an exam. Left Very Dissatisfied and Disappointed, and I'm still blind.

Front desk staff were very nice. The optometrist was absolutely rude and abrasive. Treated both my husband and I like she did not want to be there and because of all this my contacts do not fit properly. I can not afford another box of them. My husband's glasses do not fit his face properly as they never had him come in to adjust them when they came in. Took over a month for my contacts to come in. Normally takes days. Will never go here again. I don't care if our insurance says free. Absolutely a waste.

This is the best Eye place I know of. As a mom of 5, being able to go to a place that has kind people working and aren't rude is amazing. I know it also may be small but my little is very happy that they fixed his glasses for him today. He is very glad, "no more tape mom!"

This was my first time visiting this office, and as someone who gets very easily stressed out in any type of social/medical setting, this place was absolutely perfect for me. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and I felt so comfortable which usually never happens my first time visiting somewhere. Will be returning for my next exam.

Been going to this doctor since I was a child, was unable to go for 4 years due to not having insurance. Called to make an appointment today and was told that they are not accepting new patients, I tell them I've been seen there since I was a kid. That didn't matter, after 3 years you are considered a new patient so I was a year over the mark. So much for all the years and money I have spent at their office, guess loyalty isn't in this office's vocabulary.
