Lebanon Vision Center

My appointment with them was great and my eye insurance covered everything pretty much. But I received a text today that my glasses were ready. I went straight there after getting off work only to realize the had closed early. So if you go to get you glasses don't expect them to be open the hours that they say they are! Now I have to wait 3 more days (I've already waited 3 weeks) and hope they stay open their full hours on Monday, so that I can stop by again right after work.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Lebanon Vision Center. While the staff was polite, the pricing was extremely overpriced. I wasn't given any options when it came to lenses--just told that my son had to get the most expensive ones. No breakdown, no alternatives, no explanation. Later, I spoke with another vision center and was informed that I absolutely should have been given pricing options for different types of lenses. That was incredibly frustrating to hear. The frames were also way above average in cost, making the total bill shockingly high with insurance. $595 for a pair of glasses my son uses for reading, not any kind of specialty lenses. I ended up going elsewhere and found comparable quality for a fraction of the price (without any insurance). The frames alone were $230 at Lebanon Vision Center and $101 (for the exact pair) at the other vision center. Unfortunately, I found that out after already ordering and paying for my sons glasses at Lebanon Vision Center. If you do not want to be price gouged, want transparency, and want an honest place that gives you options then I would stay clear of this place. Very disappointing.

We have gone to Dr. Stuke, O.D. for several years and have received very good vision care. They provide the best eye exam I've ever had! They do a test for vision blurriness that helped sharpen up the focus of my prescription lenses. (Fixing an problem I had with another O.D.) They have extensive knowledge and take time to listen and help patients with concerns. Fine work!

Had to change eye doctors due to job and insurance change. It landed me here at this office and I couldn't be happier. Thorough eye exam. Answered all my concerns and was very knowledgeable about my issues. Also shared examples of products and how to get the best benefits from them. Then gave me a coupon to use for the product. Love this place.

Just got done with mine and my sons first visit here. My son has a genetic eye disease that isn't very common and they were very helpful and knowledgeable with him getting contacts where his previous eye doctor would not even discuss it as an option. Dr Kacie Stucke, O.D. made me felt very heard and helped with all my questions. The whole staff is very friendly and got us in and out without making me feel rushed. If I could give them more stars I would!

Dr Greg Stucke is a great eye doctor. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain things.
