We had some scheduling issues at first, but they called and very kindly explained what was going on. They were at no way at fault, it was the insurance's fault (Like always). The lady that called was very kind and understanding. I very much appreciate a business who calls, admits fault, and tries their best to fix the problem, and this one did.

I'd like to be able to share details with my experience at this particular business, but they won't call me back so I can make an appointment. I called a week ago and I've not heard anything from anybody so I'm guessing they don't want my business or they're not taking new patients? It would've been nice if somebody would've called and let me know now I don't have any eye doctor to go to since I can't get out of Logan I don't drive anymore. Thank you for nothing.
