First time visit with doctor and was very glad I made an appointment. Both the doctor and his wife are very nice people. The parking lot and his sign are a little worn, but don't be fooled.

Haven't been in to an eye doctor in 3 years - needed to find one fast; so I searched and found that Avon Family Eye Care was open until 6pm (this was a Monday at 4:15pm). I called and they were very nice and said if I could get there within 20 minutes they'd get me right in or they could put me in the 5pm spot. I was so grateful to have those options - I got right over and they were nice from start to finish. The Dr took his time with me and made me comfortable; he showed genuine interest in my care and health and he was even helpful with my inquiry about lasik procedures. When it can to picking a set of frames, the attendant was very helpful, explained everything as it pertained to my insurance vision plan, even when I asked about other items - also explained what it would be with me plan. I was never at even one time being "up-selled" or pushed towards unnecessary addons. I'm not exaggerating one bit that this was the absolute best eye exam and buying of eye frames that I have ever experienced - I'm a life long client FOR SURE!

I visited to order new glasses, my first pair in many years. The employee was friendly and helpful. Even when business was busy, she was still sweet and patient with customers. She treated everyone like her family. I was not pressured on purchases. My glasses arrived in less than half the time she had said! They provide great service! I can not recommend enough.

Everyone is very friendly! I tried contacts for the first time and they were extremely patient with me! They honestly went over and beyond! They helped my daughter pick out glasses for herself (she's 7) as well and were so good with her!! I highly recommend Avon Family Eyecare!!!

The staff is one of the best I have ever encountered at a doctor's office. They are very friendly, understanding and accommodating. Always willing to help your needs and the needs of my child.

The medical assistant are extremely helpful and so great! Very patient with helping my kids learn how tk put confacts in and look for glad. I moved to Cleveland and still make the trip because they are so great!
