This was my first visit and I will say without reservation, it was by far the best experience I've ever had had an optometrist. Dr. Gibberman is personable and very smart. Dr Alex Gibberman has been a great health care provider. He is thorough, friendly and calm. I'm grateful to him not only because he checks my vision and makes sure my prescriptions for glasses and contacts are correct but because he recently detected the possible beginning of an eye health issue. The team and doctors here are phenomenal! I was nervous switching from the office I have gone to for years because my insurance changed - but 20/20 made the switch a breeze and wish I would have scheduled an appointment here sooner! Dr. Gibberman took his time explaining any questions I had and was very thorough! All of the ladies at the desk and the sweet woman who helped me pick out my glasses was wonderful as well. Definitely a great experience all around and would highly recommend!

Dr. Williams and the staff there were absolutely amazing! I am currently 25 years old and when I was younger I had amazing vision (like 10/20), but especially since I started working (desk job) the past 3-4 years, my distance vision (anything past a computer screen) has gotten way worse.
Not only did Dr. Williams help me find a prescription for eyeglasses to help me, he also was super helpful in teaching me how to care for my eyes, what can cause them to get worse, we discussed blue light, etc.
After my appointment, I was either going to get my glasses from here or EyeMart. The lady at 2020 was super helpful and patient as I picked things out and priced it out for me. I then went to EyeMart, but they did not have exactly what I wanted and it was only a little cheaper. I ended up ordering my glasses at 2020 and can't wait for them to come in.

My family started going to 2020 Eyecare when it first opened and have always received the best care! We are all patients of both Dr Gibberman and Dr Williams and truly feel they are phenomenal clinicians who also are terrific people! The doctors and their staff are incredibly kind and caring (not to mention funny!) Cannot recommend them enough! (And we drive from Dayton, OH because we like them so much!)
