I am so satisfied with the service here and the choices for glasses are astronomical. Zoie and Dani went above and beyond to help me find the the perfect pairs. I actually started to cry when I put my glasses on because it's been so long since I could see straight and the glasses look so good. 100% recommend.

Outstanding! The assistants were kind, thoughtful, and incredibly efficient; letting me see the eye doctor _hours_ before my 1PM appointment! The optician was superb, precise, and perfect! The final result is that the very high-end/gorgeous glasses & frame (titanium + golden aviator style) were only _$59_, out of the $350 that my healthcare plan supported! For what's it's worth, they completely shocked me by blowing away Zenni (the well known competitor)! _HIGHLY_ RECOMMENDED!

I'm 70 years old never had a real eye exam. Was very impressed with Doctor Miller and the team! Explained everything to me in layman terms. All the staff were friendly and helpful in each of their own duties. I can see clearly now! Great experience.

When I walked in, the receptionists were so loud! They were cackling and yelling back and forth. As I was filling out my paperwork they were openly talking about cigarettes and weed. They had me waiting over ten minutes past my appointment time, then took a guy back who came in after me with no appointment wanting an eye exam. Waste of my time, would not recommend going there for service.

Super hospitable and attentive! I haven't been to get my eyes checked for 2 years when I had lived in Cleveland, which was not nearly as an impressionable experience. I have never been anywhere where anyone actually helps you choose a flattering pair of glasses, as well! Andrew was awesome in helping me sort out glasses and even recommended different styles and colors I would have not considered. Getting my eyes actually checked was also incredibly easy and the assistants had explained how to use the new technology great. At first I was embarrassed, since I'm young (18) but ignorant to how the process fully worked. However, they were super patient and helpful in explaining the process, what the technology is for, and prices! I'll definitely be coming back for another pair and contacts in the future. I get compliments on my glasses all the time!

The technicians and office staff were very friendly, personable and great to interact with. The doctor was also very helpful and knowledgeable, he explained everything extremely well. They were not pushy at all about purchasing glasses, which was much appreciated. A great experience all the way around. I highly recommend them!
