Had to find a new optometrist after Center St clinic no longer accepted my insurance and Anthem suggested here. Don't get me wrong, the eye doctor is great. He and the staff are thorough, quick, and knew their stuff. My problem is the glasses. My insurance gives me $400 a year to get a new pair and I still had to pay $35 on top of it for the cheapest frames in the building with the bare minimum of options or coatings. Anywhere else I probably could have got 2 or more pairs with that! Yes, bifocals are a little more but I went home that night and got sunglasses for a quarter of the price online. They really need to get a few cheaper frame options.

My first time going here and I was extremely impressed, everyone was very friendly and welcoming... Dr.Jones was very professional and took time to explain to me what all the tests were for ( this has never happened in my many years of having to go to other optometrist). Also Gloria helped me in picking out my new glasses and I am actually excited to get them. I hope to have a long term relationship with this office. Thanks to everyone that helped me through the process from the receptionist, tech, Doc, and Gloria, I greatly appreciate you all!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jones at Premier Optometry. After I suddenly injured my eye, he got me in on incredibly short notice--something I'll always be grateful for. Not only did he take the time to thoroughly examine and treat the issue right away, but he also went far above and beyond by coming in on a Saturday just to make sure my eye was healing properly and not getting worse. That kind of dedication, compassion, and genuine care is rare to find. Dr. Jones didn't just treat my eye--he treated me like a person, not just a patient. It's clear he truly cares about the well-being of those he serves, and it made all the difference during a stressful time. I'm so thankful for his expertise and kindness. If you're looking for an optometrist who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply committed to his patients, look no further than Dr. Jones. He's the best of the best!

I live in Lima and always come to here to get my eyes checked and get glasses because I trust them and know they care for the patient. Dr. Ferrel is a lot like his dad. You know he takes the time to really care about the patient and if the patient has any questions he will try to answer them. I also appreciate that he cares about looking at the pictures of my eyes to make sure. They are not being damaged my diabetes. As long as I can I will keep coming here for my eye appointments.

2 months after visiting for appointment, purchasing glasses and contacts and paying before leaving for the office, I received a bill from them. I called and they stated it is a common mistake at their office and it would be taken care of because they can see that I paid. Fast forward another month and I received another bill. Called again and got the same story, told not to worry and they take care of it. 1 more month, 1 more bill. I have my original receipt but they keep billing. What do they do when an elderly person pays for services at their visit, receives a bill and pays again? I'll let you decide to go here or not.

I've been going to Premier Optometry for 20+ years. Dr. Ferrell is great and keeps his practice up to date on all the latest technology to monitor his patients eyes and provide great care. His staff are knowledgeable and very helpful in picking out glasses that look great on you. I have never been disappointed with the glasses I have chosen and get compliments every day at work on the glasses I wear that nobody else has. They got my grandma in quickly due to the nursing home loosing her glasses.Then they treated her with the most respect. They was very polite and took their time helping her find a pair of glasses. The lady that was helping her was the best. I've been going here for a few years myself but never left a review. And I have to say this is the best place to go if you need glasses or an exam!

I've been going to Premier since I was in high school. Everyone goes out of their way to help. Dr.Ferrell and Dr.Axline are fantastic and the kids enjoyed the experience as well. When it comes to frames they have been awesome. We have an 8yr old who is pretty rough on glasses and they have been wonderful on helping us when we have issues. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
