Professional Eye Care

I've been going here for a while now but this past week I had my eye exam with Andrea and she was wonderful. It was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had, she really seemed to care about getting to the root of my issue. I've previously felt unheard by other doctors but she seemed to actually listen to what I was saying. Highly recommend

I went to this office because I was told by my grandmother that she really likes the office and has went there for years. So, I mad a new patient appointment with the office. I went to that appointment today and was very disappointed! First off no one greeted me when I walked into the door. The lady at the front desk wouldn't even look at me. In a very rude tone she asked if I had a appointment and I replied yes. I gave her my insurance card and ID. She handed me the forms to fill out. She asked if I had my husband SSN since the insurance is through him and I replied I didn't and my husband's at work but I can get it from him and call and she said we can't see you unless we have his SSN. No one told me when I sat up the appointment that I would need that info. They were extremely rude! I'm a scheduling coordinator at a dental office and I would never be as rude to someone as the front office staff was to myself at this appointment today! I will not go back and do not recommend anyone go their unless you don't care how your treated.

Had previously gone to this location while under the Professional Eye Care name, and had little to no true issues with the location, except for limited frames and the cramped spaces. Recently visited the location under the new MyEyeDr name and staffing and truly was displeased. On multiple occasions within my hour long stay I saw 4 separate sets of patients visit the office displeased with their frames or how they fit. Staff openly and loudly mocked customer issues, and would not be knowledgeable about requests.

I am a patient of Proffessional Eye Care. A recent appt. Shown some red flags for eye pressure. I was sent to see Ophthalmic Surgeon in Columbus. I was diagnosed with closed angle glaucoma. My next step was blindness that could have occurred suddenly and without warning. An inter office laser procedure solved what could have been disastrous. I was blessed beyond measure for the teamwork of these doctors. My sight was saved. By deepest thank you.

The help was amazing and very professional,not to mention the service. everyone had a good and positive mood.Very willing to make your needs met.I'll mention I got a pair of awesome glasses!

They changed names they r no longer professional eye care!! And they actes like it also on the phone when you them you had molina health care. Rude person I talk to. Will not recommend them anymore like I used to!

My wife was told by the tech that she had to have her eyes dilated and a glaucoma check done! That isn't true! You can sign a release form that you refused. Not somewhere that we would recommend!

Excellent doctor and staff. They are all friendly and the doctor answered all my questions with easy to understand explanations. They are wonderful.
