Robert E Reid Family Eye Care

Dr. Reid has been the eye doctor for our whole family for years. Scheduling is quick and easy and very little waiting once it's your appointment time. He does a great job of providing individual, personalized care and isn't happy until things are just right. His office staff is amazing and always very helpful and kind. I would recommend him to anyone and will never go anywhere else.

I give Dr. Reid five stars and that doesn't happen very often from me. When I called to make the appointment, was surprised that I did not have to wait forever and got the time and date I wanted. No waiting, he was very thorough, and patient, I always have problem picking the lens, which is better, 1 or 2, 3 or 4. Then picking out the frames, the ladies were very helpful and choice finally made, got glasses in reasonable length of time. I recommend Dr. Reid and staff to anybody.

My kids and I had been going to some other Eye Dr, and they were not good at all. They did not prescribe the glasses that were needed for my family. I heard about Robert E Reid and decided to give them a try. Turns out they are the eye Dr that goes to my Facility I work at. My fiance also goes to them. I walked in and the place was quite peaceful, and pleasantly appealing. Very friendly environment, no one rushing around and ignoring you. The exam on me and my family were very thorough and exact. I would like to keep going to this place for as long as I can. This is a great place to go.

First let me say that Dr. Reid is the best. Now, that being said the following are just a few of the reasons that I can make that statement. I have been a patient of his for some twenty plus years and and have found him to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his treatment and care of his patients, He is always striving to give each one his patients his attention at all times. When I am there for my appointment, I feel like I am the only one he is concerned with. The girls, (Amy and Crystal) at the reception desk are so nice and they know their business too. The selection of frames are quite extensive and and I have never had a problem choosing one that suits me and the girls are always there to guide me in the direction of the one frame that is just right for me. As I stated at the beginning, these are just a few of the reasons that I would recommend him for your eye care. And there is one more plus, he is so charming, and so good looking! That is just an extra bonus.

Dr Reid is my trusted optometrist and has been for 20+ years. His patience and professionalism set him apart from everyone else over the years. Fantastic and efficient staff that gets me in and our quickly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Eye exam was very thorough and spot on perfect. They special ordered a pair of Ray Bans for me to fit my fuller face. Very prompt service. I was pleased to discover they accepted my insurance. Definitely will return to them for any future needs !!
