Walmart Vision & Glasses

Update: $400+ wasted on glasses thanks to malicious retribution by Vision Center employees. Avoid this place like the plague. The large, balding fella had a meltdown because -gasp!- he made a mistake by saying I didn't have prism on my glasses & accused me of bringing in a different pair the first time...why would anyone do that?? So, when I went to the second appt to get my replacement glasses two months later, he made me wait an hour and fifteen minutes after scolding me in front of half a dozen people because I couldn't give them my phone number (only my email address). Ridiculous. He also jammed an oversized screw into the left arm of my new glasses and cracked the frame but I was treated so poorly that I didn't go back to address the issue. It gets worse. I just had an exam someplace else and, apparently out of spite, he entered my prism the opposite of how it should have been. Instead of correcting my left eye by drawing it out, the lenses made my vision worse by drawing it in towards my nose instead. I've been wearing an eye patch on that eye when I have to drive for 10 months, I've fallen several times because my depth perception is so messed up & one of the times I impaled myself on a bamboo tomato stake in the garden. It became infected and required medical treatment.....all because this clown was on a power trip and too fragile to cope with making an error. Lacey was there that day too and she didn't say a word about what he did to me.

I've been coming here 3 years for glasses, exams, contacts. I've seen 2 different eye doctors and they BOTH were exceptional. Thorough, attentive, personable... little wait and they never made me feel rushed. The prices are VERY reasonable as well making this the perfect vision center for me! I highly recommend!

Sarah who i was told was a manager was not helpful at all. My son has terrible eye sight and of course fault of his own had no contacts. I am out of state,and I was told they will not take a payment over the phone, they will not overnight any contacts they were not concerned about anything other than being difficult and non caring. Thank you for all your help. Marion Eye Professionals gave my son a trial lens and took payment over the phone and rushed his contacts. This wal-mart is the worst.Thank you Sarah I hope you find yourself in the predicament someday and no one helps you. This eye center use to be great and a caring staff so sad that they are like this now. Be advised and go somewhere else.

I love the WalMart vision center. Feldman is my favorite, then Fragoulis. They're the only two I've had, actually. The opticians are also very skilled, and understand how to get you the best lenses and frames at the best prices. They also worked with my insurance to make sure I paid the least out of pocket as possible. It's kind of loud in the main area because of being at the front of the grocery store; but the places where your eye health is checked are nearly silent.

The people that work here are so rude. Almost every one of them are rude and lazy. They gave me the wrong prescription for my contacts and spelled my name wrong on my prescription card. When I called to ask them about it the lady acted like I was such bother to her for calling. I do NOT recommend this place at all. I would give zero stars if I could.

I scratched my eye and I could not get into my Doctor at Smith Clinic for a month. I went to Walmart Vision and they have helped me the most ever! Don't hesitate to make an appointment.

Thank you so very much to the kind folks who took care of me during my recent eye exam. Michael, Carol, Laurie and, of course, Dr Fleming were all the prime examples of customer service.

Well, let's make it simple, when I went to pick up my glasses, they were not adjusted just handed to me (thanks and have a nice day) but to end this review, I feel like I see better without the glasses!
