This is the best place I ever did my eye exam. The employees I interacted with were all very nice and cordial. Dr James Dickman was the best Dr ever. He took his time and explained everything that was happening with my vision and did it in a way that I could really understand. He is one of those Drs that really care about their patients and did not try a sales pitch. Really recommend this place.

This has been the best experience I have had at an eye doctor's office. From check in to my appointment, everyone was welcoming and professional. I appreciated not being required to do the retinal exam like at my previous eye doctor, and I finally received the correct prescription. Thank you for such excellent care.

We would absolutely recommend America's Best and this location in particular! We went for our daughter who was in town for the holidays. Having no experience with eye doctors, we had many questions which were throughly answered and explained. They walked us through the process and made sure a doctor would be present for the appointment. Each person we encountered was extremely kind and made the experience seamless and easy. Thank you!

This is the worst place every, arrived at 2:45 for a 3 pm appointment,was told they was behind and at 5:15 pm they called us in they only have a doctor on a video and while they was trying to get video of my kids eyes and not sure why they needed video, and never even explained the procedure to us whatsoever. Told my kid if you don't open your eyes qualify you won't be able to see the doctor! That's when I got up and walked out and not one staff could even care! No one asked me what was up. Please don't take your kids to this awful place!! Almost 3 hours and no glasses this biggest waste of time !

I took my mom for an eye exam with Dr. Julia Evanoff with high expectations given the brand name of America's Best. However, as healthcare professional myself, I was not impressed with Dr. Evanoff. She was rude and short with my mom who was visibly under stress about the appointment since this was her first appointment in many years. I would not recommend coming to this location for your vision needs.

The doctors and the people that help with the exams are great. The front desk ladies are always rude and dismissive. I've had 2 really simple questions and both times they have been rude old hags about it.

We have been going to this location for seven years. I've seen many staff members come & go. Wendi is the professional heart & soul of this location.
Please know everyone has been highly qualified, professional and exceptionally welcoming. That is a true standout point for this business & location.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you call please know once you past the new phone tree frustrations EVERYTHING else here is efficient, high quality, reasonably priced & professional.
