I had an appointment today for glasses and contact lenses. I had no wait time for my appointment even though they were busy. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful. They had already requested records from my opthalmologist. Lora at the front desk went out of her way to explain my different contact options and cost before final decision were made. Thank you for an easy and convenient appointment! My family will definitely be back!

I have had consistently negative experiences with the office staff, who have been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful during my three visits. Most recently, my appointment, which I had scheduled months in advance, was canceled without warning. The manner in which the cancellation was communicated was unprofessional, and I received little assistance in rescheduling an appointment close to my original date. This level of service is disappointing and does not meet my expectations. Against my better judgment, I kept my daughter's appointment with this office, and unfortunately, she had the same negative experience. The staff was rude, and the wait time was excessive. Additionally, the cost to order contacts was exorbitantly high, so we decided to leave with just the prescription.We immediately went to Pearle Vision, where we were able to order the same contacts for over $100 less than the quoted price from this office.We will not be returning. I recommend saving yourself the frustration and finding a more professional and affordable option elsewhere.

Very rude staff! My daughter and I had an appointment. They canceled our appointment under the argument that our insurance info was not in file. They claimed to be calling, texting, and sending emails. It's funny, because I got several emails to confirm my appointment, to which I replied. My daughter had to skip school for nothing! What upset me is the attitude of the staff. They really don't care and offer no apology at all. This was going to be our first time at this office, and we normally get glasses for the family each year. We are taking our business somewhere else!!

The Office Manager is rude & condescending with a nasty attitude!! I wanted a copy of my contact lens exam from 6 months ago, but she said it wasn't "finalized," and I couldn't have it. We went back & forth because I wanted a detailed explanation about why my exam wasn't "finalized." She said I was being disrespectful, told me to leave "her" office & then my daughter, who had an eye exam appointment, was escorted from the exam room. If you want professional & friendly customer service, go elsewhere!

I have been coming for several years now and continue coming back for my contacts. Reasonably priced and great service!

Our entire family used to visit the Montgomery Eye Mart location for many years and recently relocated to the Mason location. First the positives, the Optometrist is very good and personable, the office is new and clean and the attached optical store is convenient. Now, what needs attention: the wait times are long! We spread out our family appointments over two separate days and in every case we waited 30 mins past the appointment time before they called us back. More concerning is the front office staff (2 ladies working as receptionist and assistant). As the face of the office, they could be more professional in their demeanour and overall interactions. In fact, they seem to be solely focused on increasing the bottom line. Whether this is at the direction of the Optometrist is not known. When we asked about fees and insurance rates, they immediately start plugging in these elusive and complex "algorithms" into their online system before answering questions. We were told they could "work with us" to reduce fees only if we wanted to purchase contacts from them directly. Their price for a box of contacts was double what we found on line, but they were quick to report they're less expensive than Walgreens! My daughter waited another 30 minutes after her appointment was finished so she could obtain her glasses prescription and then had to remind the receptionist again that she needed this paper. No apologies given for the wait. Customer service training is definitely in order. Not sure if we'll be returning unless some of these issues are corrected

Good equipment , very friendly. I was there for new contact lenses and everything was very organized, clean and nice. The online appointment is very easy and convenient. The doctor was friendly and took her time to make sure everything was ok with my eyes. I will definitely come back. Thank you!
