We are from out of town and had an eye problem come up on Christmas. I left a message Christmas night and in the morning, Karen at Excellence in Eye Care called and got my husband in that morning. She was so incredibly sweet and Dr. Esposito was great at explaining what he was doing, what was going on with the eye, and communicated clearly and directly with next steps. Highly recommend!

Dr Lisa Wiseman and her staff were excellent. The business is aptly named! Quick appointments, fast delivery of product, and perfect vision. Dr. Wiseman was also very grounded in her advice on eye health and options. Will recommend to friends and family.

Took my 9-year-old there last year because they were the only place that had actual Youth Sports glasses (goggles) that he could try on. Everyone was great. Didn't end up w/ the googles b/c they had kids' glasses that were very lightweight, bendy AND a little grippy AND that had super cool clip-on magnetic sunglasses! That's like a win-win, win, win, win. We got a vision insurance plan through VSP, not for the whole fam but just the 2 eyeglass-wearers. They're a "premier" provider with VSP so the insurance covered A LOT. Only complaint, and this isn't on the "Big E", but the lab/mfg, even with all the upgraded scratch protection, best lenses etc. they have scratched very easily. The kid never takes them off, never touches them or cleans them (he would cuz he's just that brand of perfect, responsible kid), I clean them, so I know it's not b/c he's hard on them. So, not that pleased w/ scratch protection, but he says he can't even see them or tell the diff, so whatevs! So 5 STARS!

I've been a patient of Dr Esposito for 5 years and have always been happy with the care here. The nose cushion on my glasses broke and I went to their office today at lunch to get it fixed. Haley was very helpful, put new nose cushions on and adjusted my glasses in a quick and efficient manner. She was very service oriented. What an asset to this organization. Thank you, Haley!

I and my family have been seeing Dr Wiseman for years. Every experience has been pleasant and we felt that the staff went over and beyond in attitude and willingness to help. There is a great response when a question is asked and Dr Wiseman has such a friendly manner. We all think she's a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor. Everyone puts you at ease. I highly recommend this practice!

I cannot say enough about Excellence in Eyecare! From the friendly hello you get when you walk in the front door, to the expert knowledge from the doctors. Everything is top notch. Dr. Wiseman is always very professional and knowledgeable. She always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. As someone that is nervous of doctors, I never have any fear when going to see her. I highly recommend this wonderful office!

The staff is very friendly and explained everything they did to prepare me for my exam. Dr Esposito is so kind, very gentle and explained all about my eyes as he examined them. He also knew about Lyme disease and the possible damage it can do to your eyes. He's very knowledgeable and caring. It's so nice to have a Dr like him on my team. Highly recommended.

There are so many issues with this practice where do I begin. The guy at the front desk isn't particularly friendly and oh yeah rarely answers the phone. I tried calling 5 times to make sure an optician was in but no one ever answered. I drive up there and the phone is ringing while he sits there ignoring it. Lovely. Dr Wiseman made me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time without even an apology. She seemed knowledgeable but it doesn't outweigh all the other negatives. The opticians.... Good Lord the opticians. One barely speaks English and has no CLUE what she's doing. There's one or two that have some knowledge but for the most part forget it. My glasses were visibly sitting crooked on the counter and they looked at me like they didn't know how to fix it. I ended up going to my old Dr that no longer accepts my insurance to have their optician adjust my glasses. Oh and my personal favorite... They send you a bill for sales tax.... That you've already paid.... Why?? I'm guessing people don't save their receipts and will assume the bill is valid. Oh my Save yourself. Stay away... Stay far far away.
