Loeper Vision Team

My visit at Loeper vision was outstanding! The women at the reception desk were very friendly. The Doctors assistant was incredibly nice and thorough, Doctor Dave was very nice and i feel very happy to have him and his team taking care of my vision.

I'd like to say I'm extremely happy with the service that I've gotten. This is my third pair of glasses that I have bought from them. From the exam to being fitted for the glasses, everyone is very professional and friendly. They really go over and above as far as I'm concerned!

A great atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. A welcoming staff and Dr. Dave takes his time to listen to any questions or concerns you may have. The whole office gave me a great experience.

Front desk... tremendous. Kind, funny, enjoy talking to them. Dr does her job so I give it a 5 but she's not super friendly. It's fine tho.

I've been a patient for years. Called last week left a message for an appointment for something in my eye, drainage, blurred vision and never received a call back. Called this morning almost a week later it was on hold for over 10 minutes. When describing my issue again, I was told there were no appointments today and the only thing available was tomorrow morning, which I was not available. When I explain my frustration I was told they are shorthanded so please give them some grace. However, I was not offered any other appointment times. Really not good Customer Service at all!!!!!!

Well established clinic by experienced local professionals, courteous & willing to explain details. Not a chain. Accepts insurance plans, ask. Easy parking at the door. Repeat customer, entirely satisfactory.

Dr Loeper and staff are outstanding. High quality service done efficiently but with plenty of time for all of my questions to be answered.

Amazingly person centered. There is a reason you choose Loeper and not a giant company in a mall. The exam is thorough and everything is very nicely explained to the patient. There is a sense that they know your history and you at not a "one of many" that visit. I would highly recommend.
