I went in for the first time to order my daughter's first pair of glasses; not only was the attentiveness and service quick, they were so pleasant! I specifically worked with Anne, who was the sweetest soul and interacted very genuinely with my 5 year old. She very clearly enjoys her job and engaging with customers. She also explained everything with detail so there were no surprises. I recommend requesting to work with her!

Store had a relaxed feel and I was promptly served. Given plenty of time to pick out my frames. Service was good, everything explained quite well. Not a complaint, but a critical comment. I picked out reasonable priced frames but needed progressive bifocals and transition lenses, so a definite upgrade.....but before insurance it was over $1200.00, for a pair of glasses! Insurance brought it down to $700.00.

I would like to take a moment and thank the entire staff at Pearle Medina, Ohio. I was a patient there yesterday renewing my glasses Rx. I received nothing short of the best of care, professionalism and kindness. The exam was thorough and informative in ways I could comprehend. The administrative staff was very helpful with my new glasses and frames. The process was easy and afforable. The new location just a few doors down in the plaza is convenient and has lots of room. I broke my glasses on half at 7 am, the staff spoke with the doctor who cut her lunch to work me in to be seen same day. All of the staff, including the doctors are fantastic and go above and beyond to help you out. The new office looks great and is clean and fresh.

So ordered a pair of glasses that cost 340 dollars roughly. Got them in and they did not fit well and did not look good. Switched up for a cheaper pair and was told sorry the 70 dollar difference your out and was told i couldn't even get store credit for the price difference. I am sorry that is just horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for glasses.
