The staff at this location is amazing! There was a notification sent in error indicating my order was ready to be picked up. The staff took the time to find the cause (that was not the fault of anyone there), and did everything within their power to make it right. Cory helped me pick out my frames and I am in LOVE with them! He also hooked me up with higher quality lenses/frames and kept the cost low. I can see better out of these glasses than I have in a very long time. I'm very pleased with this office, and their staff. Highly recommended!

I recently visited MyEyeDr. at 3625 Rigby Rd in Miamisburg for the first time, having previously gone to their Clayton location on Main St. I must say, I had a very positive experience at this new office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by pleasant staff who made me feel welcome. The office was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I was seen promptly for my appointment, which I greatly appreciated. The eye exam itself was smooth and efficient, allowing me to get in and out without feeling rushed. They have a nice selection of eyeglass frames, catering to a variety of styles and preferences. Since my insurance covered certain frames completely, I was able to choose a pair that suited me well. I was informed that my glasses would take about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, but the staff mentioned they might come back sooner--possibly within a week. It's only been a few days, so I'm still waiting to hear back, but I'm optimistic based on their service so far. One fun highlight of my visit was receiving numerous compliments on my perfume from both staff and other customers. It's always nice to have that little extra boost of positivity! Overall, I would definitely recommend this location of MyEyeDr. to anyone in need of eye care. Their friendly staff, clean environment, and efficient service made for a great experience. I look forward to returning to pick up my glasses soon!

I've been going to MyEyeDr in Miamisburg the last few years and have always had a good experience. Thorough and efficient exam, nice staff! Also they're very good at talking you through your eye concerns and any options you have with your insurance, always looking to help you maximize what you can do when you replenish your contacts and/or glasses. I never feel like they're trying to rush my out the door (like how I feel sometimes at a dcotor's office). Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been coming to my eye doctor for many years ever since they opened here, and the experience that we always have had is always five stars. This last visit between my wife and Sarah French, they both seemed to help me decide on what frames to get and really did provide exceptional service. Our optometrist is wonderful and always very open to questions and frank answers about some things. Thank you, Sarah and all the staff for all the help that you always give us. We will see you in a year when it's time for another pair thank goodness for our eye plan.

Appalled at the level of professionalism here. My family and I have been coming here for over 4 years and thought today would just be a routine contact I exam. I arrived With my 10-year-old to a 10:00 a.m. appointment. When I checked in the young lady at the front asked the name of the person with the appointment. I gave her my child's name. She then turned around and screamed My child's name and 10:00 a.m to what looked like a optometrist assistant sitting at a table on his computer. The man responded back very loudly, "10:20, definitely not 10 a.m." he them proceeded to laugh and continue to drink out of his oversized mug of what I consider to be confidence that he can talk to people anyway he wants. The young receptionist at the front then proceeded to hand me paperwork and said can you have a seat and start filling these papers out. I quickly decided this was not a place I wanted to continue to do business with. I stated the man's interaction was incredibly poor taste and we would be going anywhere else to find an eye exam. Mind you all of this happened in front of my 10-year-old. I'm trying to teach my son to be the kind of change in the world that we want to see. Laughing at people who may or may not have got the appointment time wrong is unacceptable. A simple, " hey could you check your appointment time? It looks like we have two differing times?" Or even a, " It looks as though we have you down at 10:00 a.m. Go ahead and have a seat. We'll be with you shortly" would have sufficed. The laughing was just over the top and disrespectful. For the love of God in the future, please do better, especially with those who have their children in tow with them.

Sarah was amazing. She helped me choose the perfect frames when I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. I highly recommend working with Sarah to help you choose the perfect frame.

Sarah helped me today and though she was quite busy was very kind and did a great job adjusting 2 pair of glasses I brought in! Nice experience!

The staff here are so sweet and kind. I was looking for a frame for one of my patients, and they didnt hesitate to help, even during the busiest time of the season. #oneteam
