America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

So happy and pleased with this location, staff was friendly and the place was very clean! the girls who helped me were fantastic... I seen Dr.Rosengarten and she was so nice!! thank you all so much I cant wait to be able to see again I am excited to get my new glasses :)

Yesterday I went for an exam at the Middleburg location. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was very friendly. They brought be back on time and explained everything well. I brought my 2 month old baby who usually sleeps during that appointment time. Well, she didnt want to yesterday lol. The staff was very accommodating and understanding with her. Ordering my glasses and getting my contacts was also seamless. I highly recommend this location!!

Outstanding service at the Middleburg Heights Ohio location! Adriana and Christina are great at their jobs and are an absolute pleasure to detail with. They helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and dont try to over sell you .nor are they pushy! The experience was painless! Then 6 months later I had an issue with my lenses, they replaced them for me without any questions or giving me a hard time. I highly recommend America's Best and the great staff there! I will only go there from now on glasses and eye care!

Love the service they're very kind, polite, and professional. These workers in a short amount of time like to build relationships and connections with their customers the ladies even helped me pick out my frames. It was very funny they knew which frames were best for me . Fellas us as men we would just be like oh lemme just get some glasses and leave nah BRING YOUR WOMAN OR HAVE A WOMAN HELP YOU!!! Stacy was amazing I can't remember the other 2 ladies name but I felt welcomed I would most def recommend coming here these people are awesome

The entire staff at America's Best were great. Stacie assisted me with my selection of glasses. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. I'm glad I decided to go with America's Best!

I figured I'd give this place a shot, regardless of the negative google reviews. I should've listened. The eye dr was nice, no problems there. That is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. The employees must make money off of commission because they are pushy. I unfortunately ended up agreeing to get my contacts through this place and when I picked them up, they were a brand I had never used. They said that they just put their sticker on the box. Noooo thank you! I know how that scam works. You put a sticker on something to cover up something generic and still charge full price to my insurance. I'm familiar with that game. Either way, the manager said he sent in for my insurance for the claim. I just hope he was truthful and I don't have to fight my insurance about it. As I was walking out, the pushy girl from my first visit said to the manager "she was supposed to sign something" and I stopped and asked if I needed to and she said "he's the manager, it's okay". So that left me skeptical.

I set an appointment for 4:45. I show up and fill everything out and am just waiting. 5:00 rolls around and a woman comes out and tells me that she is still with her 2:00 appointment?! She said it would be an hour and a half wait. Like how? One other guy was sitting there. So confusing and such a waste of my time when I could have been home relaxing after work. I would call ahead to make sure they really are going to take you if you have an appointment. Just a side note: professional places should have a dress code. There was a woman behind the counter that was in a very odd outfit that seemed like it belonged at an ICP concert. No offense but it just seemed off for a professional environment. Edit: I rescheduled my appointment and they called and said my appointment would need to be canceled. Eventually I waited for 45 minutes and they got me in for a very thorough eye exam. The woman was very nice and I enjoyed the process. I got glasses quickly after that so I updated my review to 4 stars.

I'm a busy woman, and when I went in for my eye exam, my prescription had changed significantly. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go back and get it corrected, so I've already spent $100 on glasses that aren't working well for me. Normally, I don't want to be upsold, but this time I actually wish I had been offered the AR protective coating--it might have resolved some of the issues I'm experiencing, as things are still blurry. They told me to reach out in three days if I didn't see improvement, but three days isn't really enough time to adjust to new glasses. The staff was mostly friendly, but the doctor I saw wasn't. The machine kept fogging up during my exam, and I mentioned it, which may be why I ended up with the wrong prescription. They did offer to redo the exam if I contacted them within 72 hours, but I'm just too busy. The sales associates were really nice 10/10 for them.
