Amazing customer service! I first purchased glasses here in 2024 and have since purchased a pair for my daughter and a new pair for myself due to an updated prescription. The customer service here is fantastic! As I was sitting waiting to be helped, I couldn't help but notice how pleasant the employees were to the people they were helping. Linda, who took care of me, took her time going over my order and making sure I'd be happy with my purchase. The exceptional customer service is why I will return again and again. Thank you!

Everyone here is so kind and helpful! I truly felt welcomed when I went in on Sunday 2/1. From the sweet gals at the desk for the actual exam, to Dr Kossow and Dave who helped me order my frames. Everyone is just a pleasure to work with.
Dave was so kind and helpful and gave me plenty of options for insurance / non insurance with the 50% off deal. I got a fantastic price for 2 pairs of glasses. He also gave me the run down on my current frames and listened to how much I dislike change (lol) so he did a lot to make sure my new prescription will feel the same and have the same bifocal placement, lens thickness etc. A superstar employee.
I will recommend this Lenscrafters, Dave and Dr Kossow to any glasses wearer I know :) Thank you all.

I've been to this store twice this year for myself and my son. Linda has helped me both times. She is amazing! Simply the best! She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to answers all of our questions and to make sure we were completely satisfied with our glasses. I visited the store today and felt that the experience could have been better. I had a coupon with me, but the associate informed me it would not work without attempting to run it through the system. This left me a bit unsure and uncomfortable.
We decided to visit the North Olmsted location afterward, and the team there was very helpful. For the same frames and lenses, they were able to apply the coupon without any issue.
I wanted to share this feedback so the experience can hopefully improve. Unfortunately, based on today's visit, I may not be returning to this location.

I was there Wednesday and did a pre order with Jose, who told me to call to complete the order! I've Been calling for the past 48 hours to no avail. Rings after selection then goes silent! I think it's safe to say that there is something going on with your phone lines there! Especially if I'm not the only one!?

They were great, once you got in there and it was NOT close to closing. I called a few times to arrange getting in there. Every call the associate stressed more than once that they will not stay late to help me, and I had to be there an hour before close if I wanted help. I almost didn't go because of that. Did not make me feel very welcome.
However once I was in early in the day everything was great. Glasses came in sooner than promised.
