The entire crew working today were all exceptional! But things have definitely changed (for the worse) since my last visit a year ago. This location apparently does not have an actual Dr working in the building. They have someone else do all the work the Dr typically would do, then wait for one of many Dr's to decide to look at your results, then do more or less a television appt so they can sign off on the prescription. My appt was for 10:30am, I was in waiting room for approximately 45 minutes, bc patients before me had to wait for quite a while to hear back from a Dr! I will be going to the Mason location the next time...as they have a Dr doing the work!

Service was prompt and professional. My vision exam went smoothly and was thorough with Dr. Jim making sure that my prescription was correct. Mary was also very attentive and concerned with me having a good fit, and Zola helped me to find the right frame. Very affordable with a short turnaround time expected. This was my family's first time coming here. We had some issues with our insurance. They were patient, helpful and kind. The Dr. was funny and made my husband and son at ease. We all got to pick out new glasses and they helped us choose really great frames that complimented our style. It was an all around great experience. We definitely will be back in the future.

This location has the best eye care team. Everyone is professional and kind. Prices are phenomenal. They guide you threw what your insurance covers. Help you stay in your budget. Anne was an absolute delight also the other young lady who helped my husband. I forgot to catch her name, pretty with reddish hair. As well as the young lady who took the 1st test before the Dr exam. And the Dr was a bubbly joy. Their whole team is 10/10.

I had a wonderful experience today. The office is super clean. All staff were very polite and helpful. My appointment was completed on time! There is a tremendous variety of glasses to choose from. The eye doctor I seen couldn't have been better, he was patient, he was kind, he took alot of time to ensure I got exactly what I needed. I was tested on many machines with that being said newer technology is used in the office newer than the office I normally go to. My voice was heard when I communicated my issues I face it my eyes and all things considered I got one on one true care.
I am very pleased with my visit and I will be a repeat customer! Highly recommend.

I went for an eye exam so I could get an updated prescription as I usually order glasses online. I ended up getting pairs of glasses from this store, the staff is super friendly & helpful. The eye doctor was pretty laid back, but professional at the same time, went over my eye health & made the experience a really good one. I just took my daughter for her exam today & that went well also. I hope this place stays here in town, it's nice having something so close. I definitely recommend this location!
