Needed a appointment was first experience never been or talked to them. We spoke to Gracy or Tracy extremely rude. We expressed we need to get in right away but didn't bother to ask or check to see available date. As a new customer patient I'm surprised to see this behavior. Immediately hung up and moved on because first impression is why would we even bother to continue with them.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Smith takes time and great care with his patients treating them like family. Great environment to come too. You don't get this time of care anywhere else anymore its nice to be treated like a family member. This would be a good environment too for people with noise sensory issues or with Dr anxiety issues as everything is personal and they take the time to see to your comfort during your exam. Great caring Doctors and Staff.
