She was not just good at explaining what she was doing but why and also she did a wonderful job explaining to me what was going on with my eyes. The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Nguyen is my Doctor. She is wonderful. She listens to me and explains things in detail. Dealing with one's eyes can be scary but Dr. Nguyen puts me at ease and really cares about her patients. Her assistant is also kind and caring. All the staff there makes me feel welcome. I highly recommend Cincinnati's Eye Institute.

Dr Nguyen was the first doctor to actually fully explain my condition and what was needed to correct it. Previous doctors just told me I needed it and didn't really explain anything. I truly appreciated Dr Nguyen's time and patience, and making sure I fully understood. She made all of my concerns feel valid. that means so much to me.

I am John Zawila, and I have been seeing Dr Nguyen over the last three years. A high pressure right eye was the start of her caring for my problem (in place of Dr Strauss). The pressure has been taken care of and we now are making sure it does not return. Dr Nguyen makes sure there are no additional or new problems. I enjoy discussing the situation with her at every appointment.
