Easy to make an appointment, but once you pay good luck tying to see the optometrist again if there is an issue with your prescription. And definitely not up to date equipment for the price of an exam which cost over $235. Cindy, I believe was her name at the desk was helpful and knowledgeable among other things.

So you spend $400 out of pocket close to $1000 with insurance and you can't glass cleaner liquid without a cost. One with think as they were handling my glasses they would have cleaned them automatically nope. Or asked how they were fitting Nope since all my glasses were purchased through here. When I asked for some cleaner we have to charge. No bueno So when I went to go pick up my glasses it's hard to imagine that my customer experience could get worse but it certainly did. They didn't even sit me down to try on my glasses they have them in a corner they asked me to come over and they gave them to me not try them on not see how they fit nothing and absolute joke. Irony is the owner replying to my review and saying I hope you give us another chance. I did when I went to go pick up my order. Nothing was done better on the contrary service was worse. nothing but lip service nothing actionable done by them to increase the user experience

Sarah was amazing to work with! She made it a happy and fun environment. By the end of my appointment I was happier than when I walked in!

This location is great, everyone is very nice and easy to work with. I have a strong prescription and had my new glasses come in and did not choose a roll and polished edge on my lenses (a visible sharp edge was close to both of my eyes) the associate I worked with was very polite and explained the situation to me and is currently expediting the eyewear back to the production and having the edges rolled and polished. This is the third time I've chosen MyEyeDr. for my prescription lenses and although some options may be pricey, they are willing and able to help anyone however they can and do not disappoint. Can't wait for my new glasses to come in.

Very quick & thorough. All staff members were extremely friendly and did not rush me and explained everything in my language. Kathy helped me find the frames that I wanted, not just the frames that my insurance paid for. Wish I would have went to this place a lot sooner. I highly recommend them

They take their time with you and do not make you feel rushed and they have a large selection of frames. I'm very happy with my glasses but be warned: it feels like the tropics in there. It had to be at least 75deg and the one employee was still cold and said she was going to turn it up. Luckily the other employee intervened. Hot as-all get-out in there but the selection is so good!
